Yet, familial actions tragically
brought upon her
horrendous days
and ferious nights.
She was not compliant.

But--Drugs. Irresponsibility.
Love of money--A Global 'Blight'.
Jails over-filled with deadened eyes.
Not to be 'despised'--abandoned 'will'...
Taught--If not a 'part'--
killed those who squeal?
A 'family' called?... No 'love' dispensed.
To 'change' your life--a 'body' dispelled?
Yet exists 'One' who reads man's heart--
Divine.
Even in crevices inner
past exteriors brittle and hard
to 'evil' inclined...
He'll examine at this momentous time.
Permitting a 'change'... A sincere 'refine'.
“Come, now, and let us set matters straight between us,”
says Jehovah.
“Though your sins are like scarlet,
They will be made as white as snow;
Though they are as red as crimson cloth,
They will become like wool.
If you show willingness and listen,
You will eat the good things of the land." Isa. 1:18, 19.

Married 50 wondrous years, Marjorie and Henry's family, co-workers, and friends toasted their longevity year after year amid growing hypocritical 'congratulations' and snickers because rumors flew like a cuckoo about frightening fights increasing since the onset of the pandemic that would culminate on the eve of their 50th-anniversary party. A 'grand finale' for at least one of the parties. The tragic event organized, sadly, by three co-conspirators--the husband and the wife themselves secretly conspiring against the other by means of a three-party who seeks the death of them both.
Gossip leaks spread about Marjorie and Henry instead of encouragement and sincere praise because of successful climbs out and over peaks and valleys of adversity. No one descending to water down their rages as many wait in shadowed silence to benefit from their impending catastrophic failure. . .
Not just monetarily. . . Thought: If they can't make it, then marriages aren't meant to be. . . We can cease trying expectantly.
So what do Marjorie, Henry, and the other member of this intrigue have in deplorable store?
What, if anything, would close the door on murder?

I see the light
and am now gratefully saved
through congregations
warm and loving I am embraced
yes, spiritually fed.
In this world filled with injustice
hypocrisy and boiling hatred too
I railed against this unfair system.
Tried to free myself through
thievery
which further mixed me in the mire
almost too deep for
victory.
But a Messiah
God did hire
for victims like myself
to be uplifted;
to be edified and inspired.
I thought I knew
just what I was doing;
headed to Rome
for security.
Now to Colossae
I am returning
not beaten nor defeated
just in obedience
of the law.
Yes,
thankfully
yes,
willingly.
Will Philemon receive me just as kindly
as Paul, my Christian father in the Lord
has I'm sure advised him?
Will he prove with them to be one--
in complete harmony,
in full accord?
Well,
in prayer I will petition
for forgiveness
Philemon's to seek.
I have wronged my Christian brother;
in imperfection
I am weak.
I will confess my graven error
and plead my pending case.
And Jah
through Christ
will still my terror.

to a future and varied
humane
race.
