Coping--(contest It Is Difficult - Peripatetic)

Coping--(contest It Is Difficult - Peripatetic) Armed conflicts; epidemics; natural disasters dealt. Poverty; prejudice; violent crimes even personally felt or electronically imbibed creating consistent shocks crippling 'collective' minds by means of horrendous intakes--stealth. Hopelessness makes deadly mistakes. Or forces one to take a comatose seat. To recline while screening: Groaning humankind reacting in violent domino-like rebellious 'repeats'. Well-meaning? In turmoil's midst, you must act decisively to resist emotional paralysis. A flatness. Sickness. A desire to desist. Protect loved one's health, livelihood, happiness. On survival--Insist. Yes, we must persist in preparations to continue to exist. Begin with a 'list': Practice 'good' hygiene with soap at hand. Drink plenty of water. Eat healthy--vegetation of the land. Exercise and sufficient rest will aid to mentally 'withstand' if avoided heavy meals, caffeine, alcohol before 'bed land'. Manage money. Quit 'spending' out-of-hand. Practice 'contentment' on demand. Create a 'budget' with a 'doable' plan. Work honestly; save 'wherever', 'whenever' one practically can. Cherish 'family' and 'friends'. Lend a 'helpful' hand. Focus on 'truth' and 'positive'. Give 'negativity' its 'ban'. Then think upon this promise grand: “he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.” This promise not made by 'imperfect' man.
