I'll Walk Away; Only Today

I'll Walk Away Only Today (contest Keeping It Brief - Pablo Neruda Quote ) I stand still; you lay. Silently Prayed: My blue moon-- cycle too soon. Shine enlightening on this unbidden communal path... Desired-- Heart to caress you even there where shared musings, moist blended air don't exist. I kneel. Yet, I resist; for seeped dew cools angers' heat... Try to forget your face, tender touch, loving lips? Erase visions of your natural grace? Even while you melted away from me? Words once whispered in twilight ease me as do sweet breezes upon which I remember our love will return to bloom anew. Impatient I'll wait. Although my feet walk away... Only today...
