"Now that you have purified yourselves by your obedience to the truth with unhypocritical brotherly affection as the result, love one another intensely from the heart." 1 Pet. 1:22, 24. *** "When evening came, he was reclining at the table with the 12 disciples."--That is, before Judas left, his bounty to claim. Then: "While they were eating," Jesus proclaimed": “Truly I say to you, one of you will betray me.”" Exclaimed his disciples: "“Lord, it is not I, is it?” Jesus explained: “The one who dips his hand with me into the bowl is the one who will betray me. True, the Son of man is going away, just as it is written about him, but woe to that man through whom the Son of man is betrayed! It would have been better for that man if he had not been born.”" In audaciousness lame Judas replied: "“It is not I, is it, Rabbi?” Jesus said to him: “You yourself said it.”" Then Judas' end too came. But Jah Jehovah Jesus' life he lovingly reclaimed. However, before those events in our memory are preciously framed, let's remember Jesus' words to his faithful ones, who may have stumbled, but their 'faith' sustained: "I will by no means drink again any of this product of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you in the Kingdom of my Father.”" Coming soon to be accomplished with his remaining few! "Finally, after singing praises, they went out to the Mount of Olives." Matt. 26:20-29. *** "So brace up your minds for activity; keep your senses completely; set your hope on the undeserved kindness that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. As obedient children, stop being molded by the desires you formerly had in your ignorance, but like the Holy One who called you, become holy yourselves in all your conduct, for it is written: “You must be holy, because I am holy.”" 1 Pet. 1:13-15.
