Marching On. . . 21st Century Love During a Time of Violence: Wayne & Sabrina (17) 1st draft

Marching On. . . 21st Century Love During a Time of Violence: Wayne & Sabrina (17) 1st draft https://allpoetry.com/story/17142123-Marching-On.-.-.-21st-Century-Love-During-a-Time-of-Violence--Way-by-Seah-Ray In her father's library Sabrina sat to meditate on her present sadly lonesome state with embers dead in the grate and rain descending making it appear late rather than one o'clock in the afternoon. She heard her mom's silence consuming their home since Sabrina returned upstairs to leave her along; knowing all-along her mother meant well but a persistent shrill ringing can pierce one's ears and one's heart assail. And in regards to her husband Wayne, well it was rather difficult to tell if his actions were weak or wicked... Didn't her mother Kim reveal to her too that previously she performed deeds, in the past, unspeakable to do? Now look at her acting as a mother when Sabrina once thought of her as 'just some woman who gave her birth' with no attachment to her daughter due... Yet, as Sabrina adjusted her growing form in her father's beloved worn out leather chair Sabrina continued to give thought with much care: "To be truthful, a loving warning many still choose to refuse to hear like a bird sticking its head in sand with its body still exposed to danger at hand like from an armed and angry vengeful superman," thinking of Satan and his terrible clan... "Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing that he has a short period of time.” Rev. 12:12. For: Jehovah is slow to anger and great in power, But by no means will Jehovah hold back due punishment. His path is in destructive wind and storm, And the clouds are the dust of his feet." Nahum 1:3. "Who is this glorious King? Jehovah, strong and mighty, Jehovah, mighty in battle." Ps. 24:8. Thought Sabrina of an up-coming vengeance against Satan and his hordes, long overdue, and the end result sweet: "as he brings vengeance on those who do not know God and those who do not obey the good news about our Lord Jesus." 2 Thess. 1:8... In a battle great; but of this magnitude never to be repeated... Yes: "the nations became wrathful, and your own wrath came, and the appointed time came for the dead to be judged and to reward your slaves the prophets and the holy ones and those fearing your name, the small and the great, and to bring to ruin those ruining the earth.”" Rev. 11:18. "And they keep saying to the mountains and to the rocks: “Fall over us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, because the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?” Rev. 6:16, 17. For Jah Jehovah: "He is wise in heart and mighty in power. Who can resist him and come off uninjured?" Job 9:4. Jehovah will go out like a mighty man. He will awaken his zeal like a warrior. He will shout, yes, he will let out a war cry; He will show himself mightier than his enemies." Isa. 42:13. For: "He is a mighty king who loves justice." Ps. 99:4. "He will not preserve the lives of the wicked, But he gives justice to the afflicted." Job. 36:6. But Sabrina reviewed for comfort what "Daniel declared: “Let the name of God be praised for all eternity, For wisdom and mightiness are his alone. He changes times and seasons, Removes kings and sets up kings, Gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those with discernment. He reveals the deep things and the hidden things, He knows what is in the darkness, And with him the light dwells." Dan. 2:20-22. She felt too like Solomon whose delight was in a Creator Almighty, righteous and giving foresight: Yours, O Jehovah, are the greatness and the mightiness and the beauty and the splendor and the majesty, for everything in the heavens and on the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Jehovah. You are the One exalting yourself as head over all." 1 Chron. 29:11. So: "The wise one is cautious and turns away from evil, But the stupid one is reckless and overconfident." Prov. 14:16. Surely, this wasn't Wayne in his heart. A tragedy to him, eternal, to befall... "Happy is the man who is always on guard, But whoever hardens his heart will fall into calamity." Prov. 28:14. Sabrina wondered if she should write him a letter or give him a call as she rubbed her growing belly; trying not to agitate herself or the baby as she recalled scripture after scripture: "“Woe to the stubborn sons,” declares Jehovah, “Who carry out plans that are not mine, Who make alliances, but not by my spirit, In order to add sin to sin." Isa. 30:1. Sabrina did not pretend to know her husband's thoughts. She just knew what he ought to be doing... Thinking back to a poem not long ago penned due to his actions causing her pain to temporarily thinking her life to end: Tell Me... I'm Listening. https://allpoetry.com/story/15340961-Tell-Me-.-.-.-I-m-Listening.--contest-Poetry-from-Prompt--I-m-lis-by-Seah-Ray Sing me tales of love. Sweep my feet off worry's path. Kiss my lobs with words of poets who lift spirits through suet's release. Hear river's rinse of refuse. Birds still chirp during dew of mourning's soured songs sung; repeated--mine ears inclined to sweet, reject shrill notes of train's peel heard loud in rear. Me? On track. Listening to splendid winds. Yet, time and comfort heals raw wounds. And Sabrina renewed her confidence in her Creator none-too-soon: “Alas, O Sovereign Lord Jehovah! Look! You made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm. Nothing is too wonderful for you, the One showing loyal love to thousands, but repaying the error of the fathers to their sons after them, the true God, the great and mighty One, whose name is Jehovah of armies. You are great in counsel and mighty in deed, you whose eyes observe all the ways of men, to give to each one according to his ways and according to what he does." Jer. 32:17-19. "Indeed, God is mighty and rejects no one; He is great in his power of understanding." Job 36:5. "Our Lord is great and is mighty in power; His understanding is beyond measure." Ps. 147:5. "With whom did he consult to gain understanding, Or who teaches him in the path of justice, Or teaches him knowledge, Or shows him the way of true understanding?" Isa. 40:14. "He is the Maker of the earth by his power, The One who established the productive land by his wisdom And who stretched out the heavens by his understanding." Jer. 10:12. "For “who has come to know Jehovah’s mind, or who has become his adviser?”" Rom. 11:34. These words brought Sabrina comfort so she bowed her head and prayed for Wayne to return to Jah and herself from his too long delayed stray... To Be Cont'd.

Likewise, it is not a desirable thing to my Father who is in heaven for even one of these little ones to perish.—Matt. 18:14. In what way are Jesus’ disciples like “little ones”? Well, whom does the world consider important? The rich, the famous, and the powerful. In contrast, Jesus’ disciples seem to be unimportant, insignificant “little ones.” (1 Cor. 1:26-29) But Jehovah does not view them that way. What prompted Jesus to talk about “these little ones”? His disciples had asked him a question: “Who really is greatest in the Kingdom of the heavens?” (Matt. 18:1) Many Jews at that time viewed position and rank as very important. One scholar says: “Men lived and died in quest of honor, reputation, fame, approval, and respect.” Jesus knew that his disciples would have to work hard to root out from their heart the spirit of competition that was entrenched in Jewish culture. w21.06 20 ¶2; 21 ¶6, 8; 22 ¶9 Photo credit: https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.gettyimages.com%2Fphotos%2Fwoman-with-black-eye-profile&psig=AOvVaw0nPih67Zyy6t9IU8PXWM8W&ust=1683638094542000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CBAQjRxqFwoTCLj43_vm5f4CFQAAAAAdAAAAABAr https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fm.facebook.com%2F107340307307520%2Fphotos%2F163086418399575%2F&psig=AOvVaw0nPih67Zyy6t9IU8PXWM8W&ust=1683638094542000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CBAQjRxqFwoTCLj43_vm5f4CFQAAAAAdAAAAABBB © 2 hours ago, Lucretia McCloud teen spiritual love christian hope sad
