No Longer a Dream

NNo Longer a Dream "Whoever does not love has not come to know God, because God is love." 1 John 4:8. *** Lying on my back in a glorious field hidden by waving green grass grown of alfalfa yields I watch, as in stream, a vast sky blue screen with puffy clouds gliding by my reality of peace, no longer a dream... For I came 'to know' my ignorance. Shown me in extreme for one cannot see when blinded by human wisdom projected as vastly superior to our Sovereignty's. For where I now lay were bodies mounted as if in literal tiers of rotting flesh piled high for burning since of disease feared. Black were veils to shield sad faces while moans as mournful music replaced gaiety, (laughter of family gathered from scattered places.) Communal weeping became a growing trend... Death galloped globally as if to 'win' internationally a soldier's pin--medal. Though within his breast: A flutter, stutter, rapid drum. In his mind raced thoughts 'unsettled'. A ghostly hum... For: "Whoever does not practice righteousness does not originate with God, nor does the one who does not love his brother." 1 John 3:10. *** Now I pinch hay between my finger and thumb place the stem between my teeth as a horse's bit and smile. Thankful that Jah's Kingdom Government did finally come to remove our enemy-- Adamic 'death' to eternally overcome. We'd been praying to awhile following this admonition of Christ in 'true' disciple-like style: “If you love me, you will observe my commandments. And I will ask the Father and he will give you another helper to be with you forever, the spirit of the truth, which the world cannot receive, because it neither sees it nor knows it. You know it, because it remains with you and is in you." John 14:15-17. "Beloved ones, let us continue loving one another, because love is from God, and everyone who loves has been born from God and knows God." 1 John 4:7. God is love.—1 John 4:16. The apostle John had a long, eventful life. He faced all types of challenges that could have weakened his faith. But he always did his best to observe Jesus’ commandments, including the order to love his brothers and sisters. As a result, John was sure that Jehovah and Jesus loved him and that they would give him the strength to overcome any trial. (John 14:15-17; 15:10) Nothing that Satan or his system did could stop John from feeling, expressing, and showing love. Like John, we live in a world dominated by Satan, the hateful god of this system. (1 John 3:1, 10) While he wants us to stop loving our brothers and sisters, he cannot make that happen unless we allow him to do so. May we be determined to love our brothers and sisters, to express that love by what we say, and to prove that love by what we do. Then we will have the satisfaction of being part of Jehovah’s family, and life will truly be worth living.—1 John 4:7.
